Palestinian National Authority
[1] Except for holders of diplomatic, service and special passports, as the case may be, who, at the time of the adoption of this law, traveled to the Republic of Moldova without a visa, based on the international treaties to which the Republic of Moldova is a party.
[2] Except for holders of residence permits or valid visas (excluding transit visas), issued by one of the Member States of the European Union or one of the States Parties to the Schengen Agreement, by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the United States of America, Canada which may travel to the Republic of Moldova during their validity.
